Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Momo Space application ("App") provided by Momo Infinitech Co., Ltd. ("Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Account Registration

You must register an account to use the App. You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and current information
  • Maintaining the security of your password and PIN
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • All activities that occur under your account

3. Use of Service

You agree to:

  • Use the App only for lawful purposes
  • Not attempt to access other systems or accounts without authorization
  • Not interfere with or disrupt the App or servers
  • Not use the App to transmit harmful or illegal content
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. IoT Device Data

The App connects to your IoT devices to collect sensor readings, energy data, and device status:

  • You own the data generated by your devices
  • We process data to provide monitoring, alerts, and analytics services
  • Data accuracy depends on hardware and network connectivity
  • We do not guarantee real-time accuracy or data completeness

5. Intellectual Property

The App and all content, including but not limited to software, design, graphics, and documentation, are the property of the Company. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App in accordance with these Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind:

  • We do not guarantee the App will operate without errors at all times
  • We are not liable for losses caused by data delays or inaccuracies
  • We are not responsible for indirect, special, or consequential damages
  • Maximum liability is limited to fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your account by contacting support. Upon termination, your access to the App and data will cease.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Thai courts.
